CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel or change your appointment, we request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance so that we may accommodate another guest who may be waiting for a service. In the event that a 24 hour notice is not given, miss your appointment by 15 minutes or more, or no call/no show your appointment you will be billed 50% of any booked service.
RETURN POLICY
We will gladly exchange products that were purchased in our salon for another product, though promotional pricing will not be extended. You may return products for exact monetary value they were purchased for, as long as it is within the required time frame. Returns and exchanges must be completed within 60 days of purchase. Products more than half used will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Due to manufacturer restrictions, all sales on Saint Minerals products are final. Gift certificates are non returnable/refundable unless approved by management. Returned gift certificates are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is left to your discretion and should be based on satisfaction.
RE-DO POLICY
We understand that sometimes services do not meet expectations. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your service, please call us within 7 days of your appointment.
