CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel or change your appointment, we request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance so that we may accommodate another guest. We require all clients to leave a debit or credit card on file to book/hold all appointments. No charge will take place unless you fail to give a 24 hour notice, or no call/no show your appointment. In the event this happens, you will be billed 50% of any booked service.

RETURN POLICY

We will gladly exchange products that were purchased in our salon for another product, though promotional pricing will not be extended. You may return products for exact monetary value they were purchased for, as long as it is within the required time frame. Returns and exchanges must be completed within 60 days of purchase. Products more than half used will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Due to manufacturer restrictions, all sales on Saint Minerals products are final. Gift certificates are non returnable/refundable unless approved by management. Returned gift certificates are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

GRATUITY

Gratuity is left to your discretion and should be based on satisfaction.

RE-DO POLICY

We understand that sometimes services do not meet expectations. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your service, please call us within 7 days of your appointment.

APPOINTMENT HOLDING & BOOKING

Due to a system update, effective November 1st 2022, ALL clients will be required to put a debit or credit card on file to book and hold any and all appointments. All card information is stored securely in your client file and is password protected. We will be unable to finish the process of booking appointments without entering the card information.
