Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel or change your appointment, we request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance so that we may accommodate another guest who may be waiting for a service. We require a card to keep on file and no charge will take place unless you fail to give a 24 hour notice or no show the appointment, then you will be billed 50% of any booked service.

Service Pricing

Gratuity is left to your discretion and should be based on satisfaction of service.

Payments

We accept all forms of credit and debit card payments. We offer a 5% discount for paying for your services in cash. (Valid ONLY on services)

Appointment Holding & Booking 

Due to a system update, effective November 1st 2022, ALL clients will be required to put a card on file to book and hold appointments. All card information is stored securely in your file and is password protected. We will be unable to finish the process of booking appointments with out entering the card information.
