Please be aware that if you have more than one no-call or no-show you may be asked to provide a credit card to reserve your next appointment.
We will gladly exchange an Aveda product that was purchased in our salon for another product, though promotional pricing will not be extended. Exchanges must be completed within 90 days of purchase. Products more than half used are not eligible for exchange. Any other retail purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gratuity is left to your discretion and should be based on satisfaction of service.
Forms of payment accepted are cash and credit (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). A 5% discount is applied for cash payments (services only).
