Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel or change your appointment, we request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance so that we may accommodate another guest who may be waiting for a service. We require a card to keep on file and no charge will take place unless you fail to give a 24 hour notice or no show the appointment, then you will be billed 50% of any booked service.

Return Policy

We will gladly exchange an Aveda product that was purchased in our salon for another product, though promotional pricing will not be extended. Exchanges must be completed within 60 days of purchase. Products more than half used are not eligible for exchange. Any other retail purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.

Service Pricing

Gratuity is left to your discretion and should be based on satisfaction of service.

Payments

Forms of payment accepted are cash and credit (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). A 5% discount is applied for cash payments (services only).
